Medical Data Systems, LLC was founded in 2001 with the mission: “To provide state of the art systems for medical providers to more effectively manage the care of patients and maximize practice revenue.”  We provide a range of services to medical  practices designed to improve practice efficiency, patient care and satisfaction, and maximize practice revenue.

Medical Data Systems, LLC began by providing billing and revenue management solutions to medical providers in the northeast.  Since our inception we have provided services to a variety of providers including surgical, family practice, pediatric, urgent care, chiropractic, optometry and urgent care.  Working with multiple provider types has lead us to develop systems which are not only quickly deployable across a broad spectrum of provider types, but also effective and customizable to each provider’s unique needs.

We take tremendous pride in the service we provide to our customers.  Regardless of provider type or size, we attempt to develop a personal relationship with the provider and staff personnel such that our relationship is seamless and we become an extension of the practice’s personnel.
