Provide claims entry and direct electronic transmission to payers.  All claims scrubbed electronically for errors prior to submissions.  Capacity to transmit electronic claims to many Motor Vehicle and Workers Comp carriers.  

Provider's staff schedules from our system allowing real time data exchange and ability for our personnel to audit billings for completeness (no missed patients!).  Also provides the capacity for direct interface between provider's personnel and billing office in order to resolve issues without tying up phone lines or interrupting practice operations.

Management of patient accounts.  We generate regular patient statements and manage resolution of billing disputes directly between the patient and the provider.  We provide management of problematic accounts and provide directly transition to collections, when necessary.

We have credentialed providers with insurance carriers since our founding.  This process can be very time consuming and  subject to protracted delays if not managed properly.  By assignment to a credentialing specialist we can speed up this process and take the headaches out of the process.

Our EMR system directly interfaces with scheduling and revenue management systems to provide the highest level of efficiency possible.  We see the implementation of EMR becoming standard in the near future and believe it benefits our customers to implement this system now in order to begin the reaping the benefits as soon as possible.

For providers who choose to maintain systems on site we provide offsite systems (hardware and software) management through our partner company.  This is an outstanding alternative for practices which have already made hardware investments but wish to divest themselves of on site IT support.
